Masjid Al Furqaan project is fast nearing completion with current works centered around fencing, rail works, landscaping and upgrading the residence facilities of the Imam.  Once completed, the facility would provide the residence of Davuilevu housing, Waila 3A and nearby areas, facility for their daily prayers and also provide the trust a location to launch education services to the people in the area.  The trust continues to recieve generous donations for the noble project from members of the public, full project brochures, and photo gallery can be accessed from the project page, Click here

2011 Ramadan food pack drive completed with much success. Imdaad Project was able to collect funds and distribute close to 200 food packs to muslims facing financial hardships.  Each pack contained basic food items used in Suhur and Iftaar preparations and each pack can last up to 10 days in an average family.  Ramadan food pack drive has been an annual initiative of the Imdaad project, together with zakaat and water projects, under the Imdaad initiative.  Imdaad project is the humanitarian support project of Iqra Islamic Trust, to find out more about the project, Click here
